Grandpa Update

My aunt called last night. Grandpa is doing better. Aunt Loura flew home to San Diego today. She left Grandpa with a stocked pantry and full prescription bottles, but he will probably still find an excuse to get behind the wheel of his car (the state of Texas let him renew his driver's license in December--but only for two years, they said. If he makes it to 104, he'll have to take the road test again). They are looking into getting a nurse to come and check on him at home once a week. They just have to figure out if Medicare will cover it, which it should. Most importantly, Grandpa and Betty made up. Thank you so much, everyone, for the prayers and good wishes.
