Ludington, MI

We stayed in Baldwin because it was only 30 minutes from the west coast of Michigan. On our first full day, we drove to Ludington. It had an amazing white sand beach and a cute little lighthouse.

 How was the water, you might ask? Luke's face says it all. It was freaking freezing!!!!! But the sand play was awesome.

 Check out our cute little portable canopy. We were expecting it to be hotter, but actually it was a bit chilly in the shade, so we didn't use it much. It was nice to have, though, and I'm sure we'll use it in the future.

We walked to the lighthouse, which was further away than it looked and we had left the stroller at the campsite. That was a long walk for Matt.
