So the frost finally killed the tomato plants this week, they were still full of green tomatoes. In a burst of Martha Stewart-like inspiration, I dried them in the oven like I've been doing with the ripe ones. They actually taste pretty much the same.

Why didnt I remember you told me about this before I threw out all my tomatoes cause I didnt want to peel them.....
